Defence and military

EO-Sights for defence systems are the core business of CST. The first electro-optical sight system for RWS went into production in 2001. Today, CST is market leader in this segment with a mission-proved product program of weapon sight systems that are unique in its zoom capability in addition to drivers’ sights and local awareness systems for military vehicles.

Homeland Security

All CST surveillance products meet rigorous US Military standards.

CST delivers sensor solutions and surveillance systems for tracking, targeting and imaging to customers in airport security, border protection and vessel traffic surveillance.

Ruggedized RWS / sensor systems and OHWS/ overhead sensor systems

CST RWS/OHWS sensor programme features some of the latest technology. And has been used by the Armed forces in Australia, USA and Canada for years. Their knowledge and experience gained trough combat in Iraq and Afghanistan was implemented concurrently. CST RWS/OHWS is available in two variants.

The CST PORS system is a series of multi-sensor systems. The series is available in two variants, both offering various EO/IR sensor configurations with high flexibility in features and performance. Featuring the PORS local awareness system (LAS) and PORS driver’s sight

CST ruggedized RWS / sensor systems and OHWS / overhead sensor systems features

Particularly designed for small arms programs. DualCam are mounted to the RWS to enhance visual target engagement and detection on short and medium ranges (200-300m). DualCam is a small compact sight solution, meeting the most extreme conditions and very low light level detection.

CST Ruggedized RWS/ FlexSensVision – border, coastal and VTS

The RWS FlexSensVision is particularly designed for medium and heavy arms programs. RWS FlexSensVision is integrated with the RWS sensor suite and available as individual sensor system or as fully integrated MIL-STD RWS sensor package. It provides extreme stable line of sights as required for efficient target engagement and detection, also when mounted directly to the gun cradle. There is a wide choice of configurations which allows complete tailoring of features and functionality.

CST PORS local awareness system (LAS)

PORS LAS has open system architecture and can be built into existing vehicle interior. It is mounted to the chassis of the vehicle and connected to its monitor and control panel. PORS LAS provides full sight for the entire crew over the near surrounding and a distance of up to 200m around the vehicle. The top can be kept closed keeping them from ambush and shrapnel.

CST PORS driver’s sight

PORS driver’s sight is the driver’s visual aid and mounted onto the front of vehicles. Considerably improves the driver’s visual perception of the observable scene ahead of the vehicle. The driver will benefit from much earlier and more effective detection or threats, reduced risk and increased reaction time. The range and distance of the observable scene can be adjusted of the individual need.
